Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

1 bottle BBQ sauce (about 3 cups)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
  1. Pour a little bit of sauce on the bottom .
  2. Put in chicken
  3. Pour the rest of the sauce on top.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours
♥ 4 servings, 6 points per serving

Chili

1 lb ground turkey
1 Tbs flour
1 Tbs chili powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 can Dei Fratelli Seasoned Diced Tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Add flour, chili powder, sugar, tomato soup, water and tomatoes. 
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce to simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Add kidney beans.
  6. Simmer for 15 more minutes.
♥ Six servings,  11 points per serving
♥ Good to make or reheat in the slow cooker.
